General Terms applied to the consultation of the ads published on the web site “affaroni.ch”

i. The ad consultation service published on www.affaroni.ch (the "Service") is ruled by the present General Terms of Service (the "General Terms"), which are accepted by the end user ("User") by using the Service.

ii. Publipoint sagl, with its head office located in Cadenazzo (Switzerland), is the sole owner of the Service, therefore owning all the relative rights for exploitation.

iii. Publipoint sagl has the right to make changes, unilaterally and at any time, to the present General Terms through notices published on the web site “www.affaroni.ch”.

iv. The use of the Service is assumed by the User under his/her own responsibility. The Service is meant to be just a shopping guide on the Internet and it doesn't include any proposal, offer for the public, or anyway, any other kind of invitation to contract from Publipoint sagl. At the same time, Publipoint sagl does not assume directly any obligation to contract and make arrangements of any kind with the Users and/or other parties. Publipoint sagl does not therefore offer any warranty regarding the precision and the reliability of the ads and the informations contained in the Service, neither guaranteeing the results obtained through the Service and the happy ending of the derived deals, as we cannot guarantee the actual availability and/or the compliance of products and service offered in the ads. The user, furthermore assumes all responsibility for eventual damages caused by his/her own operating system while using the Service.

v. Without any responsibility for Publipoint sagl, the ads being published on the web site “affaroni.ch” are proposed with all due expertise and care: nevertheless, these may contain mistakes, omissions, gaps or rather not being up to date. Publipoint sagl declines any responsibility regarding the content of the ads and cannot guarantee the completeness, exhaustivity, source and truthfulness of the ads, such responsibilities being charged to the Advertiser who's published the ad.

vi. The User can, by using the Service, communicate with advertisers and other advertising promoters; depending on the informations the User decides to share in the communication, the User may receive from third parties offers and advertising material whose source and content are totally unrelated to Publipoint sagl, thus assuming no responsibility whatsoever. Publipoint sagl declines all responsibility on the negotiations and all commercial transactions originating from such offers.

vii. With no responsibility for Publipoint sagl, the User can notify, by sending a message to Publipoint sagl via e-mail: info@affaroni.ch, certain ads that do not respect the rules outlined in these General Terms.

viii. Publipoint sagl reserves the right to give a discontinuous service, or to interrupt and/or suspend the Service itself, both in part or totally, at any time and to fully disable it, even without a warning.

ix. The use of the Service is strictly personal and must be performed within the rules outlined in these General Terms. The User recognizes that the whole Service - including but not limited to, the text, the software, the music, the sound, the photographs, the video, the graphics or anything else - is covered by copyrights, by trademarks, by service brands, by patents or by other rights and specific laws. The User has the only right to use what's being offered in the Service, depending on what the Service allows. The User may not spread or republish anything contained in the Service, nor use it differently from what's authorized by the Service, except what explicitly authorized by the very own Service or by Publipoint sagl. The User agrees never to dismantle nor to perform any reverse engineering on the Service software, nor allowing any third party to engage into a similar study.

x. The present General Terms and the relationships between Publipoint sagl and the User are ruled by the Swiss law, to express exclusion of the Swiss rules of private international law. Any dispute concerning, arising out of or related to these General Terms or use of the Service will be referred to the Court in Bellinzona (Switzerland).
